散热片加工冲压件材料的选用条件及硬度检测方式: 有一大部分不锈钢外壳属于冲压件,因为它是通过冲压工艺制造而成的,除了工艺的要求外,对于材料选择也给出了相应的条件。材料的厚度、性质等都将影响冲压中各个参数的设置,从而决定了冲压件的成型质量。

在采用不锈钢为外壳的冲压材料外,在实际设计中还应尽量采用弹压卸料板,因为弹压卸料模具操作时比固定卸料模具方便,操作者可以看见条料在模具中的送进动作。而且弹压卸料板卸料时对条料施加的是柔性力,不会损伤工件表面。一般情况下,只有当弹压卸料板卸料力不足的时候,才会在制作冲压件时改用固定卸料板。
